The VIP Tech Program is a monthly tech support system designed to provide you with a reliable contact for all your web biz needs. As a member of the monthly VIP program, you are receiving priority service for all your web needs. There is no contract required for this program and you can upgrade or downgrade any month you like, however there are no holds and no one can call “seat backs”… so if you decide to take a break you will be put back on a waiting list to re-enroll.
Most technical, web related services are included in this program, limited to the skills and knowledge base of me, Victoria Keale. This includes, but is not limited to: content upload/formatting, sales pages, code work, upgrades, installs, account set up (3rd party accounts like google analytics), autoresponder set up, eBook design, ads, banners, and more. I’ve been in this business for 7+ years and know a lotta stuff. (You can see my bio here or check the short list of services here)
Services that are excluded from this program are: administrative work like calling clients or replying to client email (your clients, not mine), custom graphic illustrations (ebooks, ads, banner, headers, etc ARE included, please ask if you are unsure), and a few others. PLEASE ask if there is something you are unsure about.

A free account in Freshbooks (online accounting / time tracking software)
DropBox folder with bi-monthly website backups & full file access
Rollover hours after your 2nd consecutive month, 3 hours max
Bonus hours available for automatic payment and referrals

Ready to get started? Take a Test Drive*
Purchase a “starter hour” of tech services ($50) so that we can test the waters and see if we like working together! After your hour is up, you can opt to upgrade to one of the monthly packages or take a break and think about it. Your hour can be used at any time within 3 months of purchase, and can be used in increments if you do not have an hours’ worth of work right now.
Included work can be anything listed on this page and/or anything web related within my capabilities – please contact me for exclusions. Logo design is not included. Additional work beyond the hour will be billed to you at $65/hour unless you upgrade to a package. You can only use the discounted test drive hour once.

Space in the tech program is very limited, and to make sure that you are a good fit for the program and that I am a good fit for your needs, I’d like to find out a bit of info from you. First off, review your technical needs and decide which package makes the most sense for you (you don’t have to decide right now). Fill out the questionnaire here and submit it to me. I’ll review it and get back to you asap. If we need to chat for a minute, I’ll email you with some available times – otherwise we will discuss your needs via email!
Then what happens?
After the decision has been made to join the program, you’ll receive an invoice (via Freshbooks) for your first month (less your test drive hour if you used it) and you’ll select your method of payment for future months (autopay, google checkout, paypal, cash/check – you can change whenever). Once the first invoice is paid you’ll be inundated with emails from me. (well, not really – ok sort of – but they are all important!)
You’ll receive a “welcome kit” with instructions on how to get set up. Your welcome kit will include logins/private access to the various programs we’ll use (Freshbooks, Google Calendar, DropBox…) and a Get Started Guide with homework for you!
Once your profiles and accounts are all set up, you can start scheduling projects in the VIP Calendar or emailing tasks! I’ll review your tasks and add them to my calendar based on your requested deadlines.
Examples of services included in the Technical Services Package:
- Training sessions or tutorial for WordPress or other web applications
- Troubleshooting web related errors, “bugs” and other issues
- Creating or Re-designing web pages, thank you pages, landing pages
- Sales pages and program/product set up
- Shopping cart management
- Designing product graphics such as eBooks, banners, cds, or headers
- Autoresponder setup or management
- Webinar / Teleseminar set up
- Designing custom web forms and opt in funnels
- Managing social media profiles, designing profile background, website integration
- Set up new hosting, email, domains or subdomains
- Any HTML, PHP or CSS coding work
- Email templates, newsletter templates, email signatures
- Content management, uploading/formatting blog posts
- Newsletter issue creation, upload and scheduled sending
- Cross platform branding to make all web areas match brand
- WordPress upgrades or maintenance or website backups
- Manage website analytics, SEO, site speed, split testing
