Over the past few years, over 5,000 hours of my life have been spent playing with, developing and tweaking WordPress websites. My main focus as a designer is creating awesome WordPress sites for  solopreneurs,  coaches, consultants and online marketers. To add icing to that wonderful little cake, I also provide technical services for my clients, from designing eBooks and web banners to managing databases and coding custom newsletter templates.

I am currently on maternity leave. My 3rd little bundle of joy arrives at the end of July 2010. My summer will be spent finishing up current client projects and getting ready for my baby boy, and through mid-September I will be taking time off to enjoy the little guy. Starting in mid-August, I will be reachable via email and will open up some hours as needed. PLEASE note that sites booked for October will begin in September with planning and strategy sessions, so if you are looking to get a site launched soon, don’t hesitate to request a quote now! My schedule gets filled up pretty fast! PLEASE NOTE: Response time for website and tech requests is longer now then normal. PLEASE include you desired launch dates and note when you need to make a decision on your designer by.  I will do my best to accommodate all requests for introductory calls, however over the next 10-12 weeks, baby comes first!!

**New Stuff Coming in October 2010**

There is a whole slew of new packages coming when I return from maternity leave!! On the web end of things, a new “beginner” package will be made available for those wanting to get their feet wet with a blogsite but are not ready to jump in the deep end with a full on rockstar website. This package will come with a ready-to-go custom WordPress site and video tutorials showing you how to get started. On the technical end of things, an awesome SEO package AND WordPress Maintenance package!! Should we work together? Maybe! I love building relationships with my clients and truly do value them — and I work best with those who are serious about their business and value me as a designer, team member and support system. This generally means you fit into these criteria:

• you understand that websites are not an “if you build it, they will come” kind of thing. They take work to maintain and promote and you are willing to invest the time it takes to make your online presence successful.
• you are passionate about what you do and it’s a priority for you.
• you are willing to make an investment for the future and have set aside a reasonable budget for your project.
• you understand and respect the scheduling issues of an solo-entrepreneur (and mother) and will be respectful of limitations & boundaries.

Since the client-designer relationship is a 2 way street, I do pledge to be respectful of (and to) my clients, understanding of their limitations and frustrations, always keep their best interest at heart, be honest and forthcoming about all business (and related personal) matters and generally make them a priority.

That’s me (<–) Victoria Potts Keale, and I’m the nerd behind this site/business. I’ve been working in the online entrepreneur world for about 7 years now – as a marketing assistant, VA, web designer, graphic designer; you name it, I’ve probably done it. As much of a technology nerd as I am, watching the growth and change of the internet world over just the past few years has at times been overwhelming even for me! Because I know how stressful keeping your business up-to-date is, I offer hourly services and packages to help online entrepreneurs.

I offer two distinct services: Website Design and ongoing Technical Support.

My Website Design service includes a wide variety of services within that umbrella service — from initial consultations, coaching, graphic design and technical design, and follow up training and consultations. The same can be said for the Technical Support area of my services — my clients can receive support for many aspects of their businesses, as needed.
